Cant connect arlo base station or cameras

I recently had two cameras that had red tint so arlo sent me two new ones and i went to sync them today and could not get them to appaear in new devices, i restarted arlo base station a few times and have green lights but now i deleted them all off my app to redo setup and cant even get the base station or cameras to appear now,

If everything is deleted from Settings, My Devices (remove them if not), hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. When the base reboots, verify that the power and Internet LEDs are green and the Camera LED is either off or solid amber. Make sure the phone is on your WiFi, not cell service. Use the Add Device selection on the Devices tab to claim the base. Sync the cameras.
