Cannot zoom camera out

Hi - one of my cameras panned and zoomed in, I think on its own since I don't recall doing it, and when I go to adjust it using the pan and zoom feature under video settings, it won't pan and zoom
completely back out. The image in the pan zoom feature is the image I want but the video recorded is panned and zoomed in. I restarted the system but that didn't help. Thanks in advance for you help.

I've found that it can be a bit frustrating to zoom out depending on the method. Using the app requires repositioning the box so you can fully zoom back out.

Why it would have changed is still a mystery.
