Cannot view local storage

  • I have a doorbell and 2 cameras connected to the Arlo smarthub VMB5000. I have an arlo secure subscription for the doorbell and local storage for the two cameras.

In the arlo app I only see the recording of the doorbell in the feed but not the local storage.

How is this possible?

I am thinking you probably see "Feed" and "Dashboard" in the app menu (and not "Library").

 

If that is the case - local recordings are not in the feed. You access them 

  1. going to the devices page
  2. selecting the smarthub
  3. selecting storage settings.

If you do see "Library" in the app menu, then you instead 

  1. go to the Library page
  2. press the top center of the title page (likely says "cloud" or something similar)
  3. Then select the smarthub from the pulldown.
