Cannot upgrade subscription plan via app

I'm trying to upgrade from basic subscription so I can add more Arlo camers. I have 5 now and app not letting me upgrade.

for some countries it won't.  There's a list of countries somewhere but don't know where

If using iOS, subscription upgrades will not be available. Log in to the web client to purchase a subscription plan.
