Cannot see photos in app

Hi there!  My landlord sent me a link to his Arlo account. I accepted it and can now see thumbnail photos in my phone feed. But when I click on the thumbnail, there is nothing in the app. I get a “connect a new device” screen. What do I need to do?

Are you seeing the shared cameras on the "devices" page?

Does the landlord have an Arlo Secure subscription?

Yes, he does have a subscription. 

No, I do not see “shared devices” in my app.  This is what I see. 

The landlord (and camera)is connected to a different wifi from mine. Does that make a difference?

I'm not sure how it's working at all for you. At the top where it says Home, you should see an arrow next to it so you can select between your Home location so you can select HIS location. You are using your own credentials and not his, right?
