Cannot resync cameras

I took all deleted all cameras off and tried to re-sync because arlo site was showing 2 of each. Now they won't re-sync. I can't add them back. Help?

The usual problem is holding the base sync button too long. Just briefly press and release it.

Have same issue. This fix didn't correct. Cannot sync one of my cameras.

Consider rebooting your base station (using the on-off button). Allow it to come back online with a solid green power and internet LED and try again. Do you still see the same behavior?

Yes, we've tried that as well. Exact same results. Press base sync button. Press camera sync button, just continuous blue flashing on camera until I open battery door to shut off.
All other cameras work well. Replaced batteries and process works great
