Cannot reinstall base station

  • Before I changed ISP Arlo base station was working fine. Now with new router Arlo app cannot locate base station. Tried factory reset and Arlo app still cannot find and install the base station. 
    I’ve tried plugging and unplugging connections, changing cables, resetting new router. Haven’t been able to get it to work again. Any suggestions?

It is usually not difficult to swap out the isp equipment as long as the router has been configured correctly.

 

Changing over the Ethernet cable connection to the new router and rebooting the base station should be all that is required.

 

Have you contacted your isp, they maybe able to walk you through reconfiguring the router modem setup.

 

you could first try power cycling the router, wait 10mins then power cycling the base. Indicate what the base LEDs are showing after.
