Cannot receive Push Notifications for other cameras

We have the Arlo wireless in our shop. I have 8 cameras but only one will let me opt for "Push Notifications". I can opt for "Send Email", which it does with no problem. Also we get "Detect Motion" notices occasionally even when notifications are turned off.
