Cannot open cameras on laptop

I have cameras installed in home.  I can open the Arlo app on my smart phone and open individual cameras and see live activity.  However, I cannot open individual cameras to see live activity on my laptop.  The camera(s) just say "Please Wait" forever.  Any ideas anybody?

Based on your laptop and OS version running...

 

It has been in the past a Browser issues ( and flash at times )... Try one of the other supported browser and see if the "wait" goes away.

 

Fire Fox, Chrome, IE > v10   ( had good luck with FF )
