I cannot login nor request a password reset in either the app or on the my.arlo.com website. In the app, I get an error that says, “Oops! An error has occurred.” On the website, I get an error that says “ Http failure response for

marycmartin,
Are you connected to WiFi on both your mobile device and PC? If so, try turning WiFi off on your mobile device and attempt to login using the data connection. Do you still experience the same error?

marycmartin,
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile app. If you still experience the same issue, try logging in using a different device.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but no change. I just got back from travel and logged in on my computer once I got home, and I was able to log into the app on my phone after logging in on my computer.

Hi,
I was logged out of the app on my phone, and now I’m having the same issue again. Logging in on a computer doesn’t make a difference. When I initially tried to log into the app, I got an error that said “Error: JSON Serialization” (or something to that effect, the banner disappeared pretty quickly).

Are you using any VPN services?

I am not using a VPN on my phone. I happened to be using a VPN on my computer when I tested it today, but I disconnected from the VPN and logged in again and it still didn’t make a difference when I tried to log in on my phone.
