Cannot log in iPhone 11Pro or Arlo.com for week now from beginning of Oct2019

Every time I try to login, it said error happen on my new iPhone 11pro. Then, try to login on the web, it doesn’t do any thing either. Pls fix. The app said it supports new iOS 13. I guess not. Pls fix.

Have you tried a different browser on your computer? What exactly is the error code or screen displayed when the devices do not successfully login?

 

What version of IOS are you using? My 11 Pro Max is running iOS 13.1.2 and I can login successfully.
