Cannot connect to media server

Trying to view the garage from inside the house. "Cannot connect to media server". None of the camera is working. Does it happen often? We only installed it yesterday. If it persists, we'll so refund it.

What are the LEDS on the front of the base doing,  what is the signal strength on the camera.

 

Also try a power button reboot of the base
