Cannot connect my phone to arlo

Hello. 
I recently changed my WiFi and am trying to reconnect my Arlo door bell and camera to my new WiFi. However, when I try to connect it, it says that there are no devices to be found. I have tried to follow the steps properly multiple times and it always ends up telling me the same thing. How can I solve this issue ?

Did you remove the camera and doorbell from your account?

 

The simplest approach is to set up the new WiFi to use the same network name and password as that old one used. But if you removed the doorbell and cameras from your account, it is too late for that.
