Cannot connect base. Lights are greenish/yellowish?

help...I recently had deleted my device from my app.  I tried to reinstall the device (base) and it searches and searches with nothing found. Everything is plugged in and all the lights are greenish/yellowish.  What am I doing wrong?

Exactly what LEDs are what color?

 

If power and Internet are green, remove all devices from Settings, My Devices. Hold the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash amber. Claim the base normally and then sync the cameras.
