i bought a new router netgear R700 to split the camaras in 2 building, but i can not pass thru the "add a new device, stage", i already reset the unit, upgrade, try in diferent modes like ap, router, etc. but nothing works. i even reset the unit received in the original package to check if i was doing something wrong and with the vmb3000 setting was at first shoot.  any sugestion!,  current firmware version is V1.0.7.2_1.1.93

Sorry to tell you but TBMK,  no longer router supports the Arlo cameras directly ( the 7000 did for a while but was dropped )

The cameras must connect thru a base unit.

Yup, I tried to make my R7k be the base but after a few beta firmware versions which had VERY old Arlo firmware, all Arlo support was dropped from the router.  You have to use a base for the wireless cameras.
