Cannot SYNC my new camera to existing Arlo Pro system

Just purchased the VMS3430 to use as additional cameras to an existing ARLO PRO system (ABOUT 2 YRS OLD)  

Cannot SYNC the new camera to the existing NETGEAR.  The message on my phone asked if I wanted to restart, and I did.  Now I have NO camera service.  

How do I get my cameras to reboot?

I am not sure what state the system is in. 

Can you see the base when you login into the app?

If you can but cant see the cameras then resync the cameras.

If you can't see the base then go to add device and add the base followed by syncing the cameras.

Make sure that your app device is on the same network as the base.
