Cannot Open Total Security Mount With Key

One of my total security mount cameras refuses to open with the key.  While the key turns, the camera refuses to come out.  Any ideas how to address this?  Do I just leave it as a fake non-working camera?  Also what is the point of the total security mount when the keys are the same and easy to get?

Please contact support. Within the app on your mobile device click on the silhouette on the top left ~ support center ~ the device that you are needing assistance with then choose the behavior you are seeing.
