Cancelling my LIFETIME plan

I'm an early adopter.   When I purchased years ago, it came with LIFETIME cloud video retrieval.    They have recently locked me out of the video retrieval I have been using for years.   This is Fraud.

 

Further, they refuse to chat with or provide me with a phone number to speak with an actual person.   The virtual systems are designed to keep you from actually getting any assistance.

 

This is horse**bleep**.

They haven't changed the free 7-day cloud storage, so something else has happened.

 

I'm tagging the mods - @BrookeN , @JamesC , @ShayneS  - so they can do a back-end sync on your system.  That usually resolves your problem.  They'll follow up on this thread.

When you say you've been locked out? What exactly are you experiencing? What model cameras do you have on your account?
