I canceled my subscription Sept 2022 because we moved and have been charged every month since. When I called about it I was told that I had to $75 to cancel the plan. After going back and forth with guy in the phone he finally confirmed that my subscription was canceled and I would no longer be charged. This month Feb 2023, I was charged again. Made another call to support and was told that I owe $80 for my warranty since I did not renew it. When I asked for documentation of this warranty I was told they don’t have it. How can they charge for something that I didn’t want or provide any proof that I denied it? Has anyone else had this issue?

how did you find the phone number? I am thinking you are contacting a scam support site.
