Can you retrieve Footage past 7 days?

Our app kept crashing when trying to download some footage we need for a court case and now it's past 7 days and can't see that footage anymore... does anyone know if there is ANY way to recover that footage??

Using the web client would have been my first step. However, all you can try is to subscribe to a plan to see if the videos show up then. If not, they're gone and you should cancel the subscription. If truly important, you could try legal means to see if they can be recovered.
