Can two cameras be used to start another to record on motion?

Yes. Create a new mode. As you configure the two cameras, set them something like this:

Cam 1 detects, cam 1 records
Cam 1 detects, cam 2 records
Cam 2 detects, cam 1 records
Cam 2 detects, cam 2 records

Will this all be under the Alarm mode then? I cannot seem to click or green dot Alarm and any other mode simultaneously. Thanks.

It woul appear that you mean Armed, not Alarm. Armed is the default mode created when you set up the system and is primarily used just to get you going as well as for troubleshooting. Create your own custom modes for what you need. Read the FAQs here for details. Only one mode at a time can be active so create multiple modes with diff settings for different needs and/or times. Use the schedule to automate the switching.
