Can't set up my arlo security system on my phone or laptop..

When I log into m y account I get the message we are unable to claim this device please contact Arlo support at supportarlo.com So here I am please help me.......Thank you

Usu this occurs with a previously registered/owned product... you need to contact Netgear Support here ; https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
