Can't name base unit on mobile app

Is the mobile app down...I cant seem to name my base unit

What device are you using? Make sure you are running the latest version for the app.

Using a Samsung S9 ,downloaded the latest app.

Is the base a VMB3500? There's recent reports of the same issue. Swap at the store and/r open a case with support here:
