Can't login to my Arlo account using original password or after resestting password

I can't login to My Arlo account using original password or after resetting the passwod. Just started the account 5 days ago. I have windows 10 and using microsoft Edge. I tried restarting my computer and clearing cauche and cookies.etc. even tried Chrome browser. I did everything right when setting up the account. My phone app for Arlo is working fine.Just can't login using my home desk HP computer which is 2yrs old. Any suggestions?

Recent issues logging in using a PC revolve around Kaspersky anti-virus. If you have that, you need to whitelist arlo.netgear.com.
