Can't login to arlo, just get the bird logo

went to login to arlo today and cannot get to the login page.  All I get is a logo page. (PS doesn't say anything about trying to detect the device, just the bird logo)

are you trying on phone or computer.

If phone, try on computer; if on computer try a different browser.

Thanks, using Chrome worked.   I can login to this site with my password but the password was rejected when I tried to login to Arlo.  I have asked for a password reset, but still no email. Strange.
