Can't log in

I can log in to the Arlo store but not to the security site.  I get the message that the device isn't recognized.  I'm supposed to receive a push notification to my phone to verify my identity but didn't get one.  I opted to have the code sent to my email as an alternative and did receive it but when entered I get the message "internal server error".   Here's what hasn't worked---resetting PW, deleting and reinstalling app.  I've tried this on multiple devices.

Not sure if relevant, but did IOS update a day or two before I noticed this.

Can't login reset my phone multiple times erase the app says network error then it tried to ask me to enter in the code from push notifications and it never sent to push notification. Y'all have something wrong

Did you then try email verification?  This is easiest if you have a laptop or tablet nearby to read the email.
