Now a new problem. I cleared all files on the app and restarted my phone. Knowing that I would have to log in again when I started the Arlo app.
I got the message "The username or password is incorrect".
I carefully re-entered the password (username is my email and it was right) and again got the error. Tried my computer, Firefox has saved my username and password, still does not work.
Using the chat help the retard is asking me if I typed it correctly.

It's good now. Made me reset my password.
Even though their systems kept telling me the password was incorrect, it would not let me use that password... because it was the same as the old one (you know, that they told me was incorrect).

I could not login. I reset my password, could not login then either. Dunno how I got here with a wrong username/password response, but nonetheless, fix it!
