Can’t get videos to playback

I can’t get the videos to playback on my new IPhone XR. When I hit play, it just stays on the image and nothing changes, even though the playback bar is moving.

there have been issues with iOS 12x and the new phones...

Have you tested on a pc with browser to verify all is good with the system.?
