Can’t get an additional camera to be recognised

Hi All I bought a fourth additional camera to add to the system and I have tried to get it to recognise the camera after I have synced it but it just keeps saying it won’t recognise the camera. I have tried all the troubleshooting tips but nothing has worked ? Any idea what the problem is ?

You don't need the app to sync this camera. Just briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it for two seconds - and then the camera button. Do you see the base and camera LEDs blinking properly (slow at first then fast when connected)?

@jguerdat It syncs ( as I. The relevant lights flash but it won’t recognise the camera when you are in the app to find the device.

Try both the app and a browser. Maybe reinstall the app. Any difference?
