Can't find base station.

I just bought my second Arlo system.  The first one is installed in my house in another state and it installed and works perfectily.  Today I bought another system and attempted to set it up in my second home.  I cannot get my computer to find the base station.  Any suggestions?

Is the Internet light on the base green? Does the router show that the base has an IP address?
