Can’t connect phone to network- pls help!

Hello- I can’t connect my iPhone to the same network as my arlo device. I have tried resetting everything- but the ‘netgear97’ won’t connect to my WiFi- see screenshot. Any ideas?

Not sure that I follow. What are you trying to do?

 

The iPhone cannot connect to the wifi from the Arlo system.

 

We have already been through most of this:

 

netgear97 WiFi password - Arlo Communities

 

Asking again isn't going to get a different answer.
