Can't Remove an Email address from the Alert?

I added a second email recipient to the alert list in my rules.  When I saved it, however, that email address is not visible in the List.....only mine (the Administrator).  Despite being missing from the List, alerts are still sent to that email address.

 

I need to remove it but it isn't visible to remove.

 

Any ideas?

CFrostad,

 

Consider deleting the rule that is sending the alerts and then recreate that rule. If after having done this let me know if the second e-mail recipient is still receiving alerts.

I have this same issue.  Deleting the rule and recreating does not help.
