Can not access scheduler on my phone.

Every since I updated phone app I can not go into "mode" to update schedule. It says "getting status" and never loads. I did not have this problem before update. Very frustrating! What can I do?

1) Log out and back in.  Did that help?

 

2) Reinstall the app, if that's what you're using.

 

3) Try the browser if using the app.  If that works, it's something about your app.  If you're using a browser, try a different one and/or the app.

 

If any of these works, you need to figure out what's up with the problem one.  It's usually simple.

I tried logging out and back in and I also reinstalled app. But I still have the problem. What else can I do?

Did you try the browser? For the app, what device and OS?
