Can not Cancelling subscription.

I received an email stating my subcription will be renewed  in Feb. I dont remember signing up for a subcription and I can not find out how to cancel>  I logged into my account and there is no record of a subcription

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good number to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

This is false information. There is no "Click Settings > Subscription." at dashboard.

Not false.  The details of the navigation depend on whether you see "Library" in your interface, or whether you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" instead.

 

These instructions (which @BrookeN provided) are for accounts that show "Library"
