I recently added two more cameras to our existing system (now a total of 5; 4 external, 1 internal) - since then, ALL of them "time-out" when trying to display "Live" video and ALL of them are inconsistent when detecting motion (e.g. neither our Front Door or Driveway cameras picked up when I left, and later returned, last night - both of these successfully detected the same activity a week ago).

Has anyone else had the same experience/s?

Specs:  Cameras H7 (2 cameras) and H11 (3 cameras), FW #1.2.16720; Base station VMBR3010r2, FW#1.9.8.0_16666

Have you attempted to reboot the base?  ( power button off then back on )

Try turning off both your router and base. Turn them back on in that order, waiting for the router to initialize before starting the base. Have you logged out and back in as well as tried both the app and a computer browser?

yep - done that too and yes, in that order...  As for app and browser - yes, and even tried "incognito" mode (Chrome and Firefox) so that nothing was cached (even used my wife's phone so there was nothing cached on the phone)...

... and reseated the batteries in all the cameras.

GTJ1715,

Try removing the new cameras and then add them back Do you still experience the same issue?

Tried removing/swapping the batteries first (although they said 'full') - no joy.  Then disconnected and reconnected, still occurs.  Keep in mind that this is one of those things where it is not readily recreatable ... I am trying to find a common thread - so far it's not a base station problem (rebooted multiple times, FW is current and the problem would recur all the time with all the cameras if the base was the problem); it's not a particular camera problem - it occurs with all but is not readily recreateable (unless it just occurred) or predictable; it's not a HW version issue - I have v7 and v11 cameras, both seem to be affected.  Oh, and it's not distance or signal strength - this also happens with one that is literally only feet from the base station with no obstructions...  one that you would think would not be affected if it were a signalling issue.
