Can access live stream on cameras all today and yesterday evening (in CA) is Arlo doing an update?

I can’t access live stream on all cameras through app just says “connecting “ and not connecting. I deleted app and added it, still not streaming . Are Arline systems down today ? Working on update?

Probably. I had the same problem on one account yesterday and on another account this morning. Interestingly, all the LEDs on the hubs were not showing any problems. I solved the issue on both systems by removing the power from each hub then applied power back to them and let them boot up. After that everything worked again.

Thank you for your advice. I detached the power cord from the base station and now can live stream all cameras.
