Can I use a WiFi extender port for my set up?

Hi trustnohole,

I believe what you want to do is wire your base station to your WiFI extender, right?

That should be fine as long as your network configuration can do the following:

1. Allows the base station to get a dynamic IP address
2. Allows the base station to access the Internet
