Hello. About a couple weeks ago one of my cameras went offline. It said make sure it’s connected to the internet. Then my second camera did the same thing. Battery was at roughly 70% in both. Then my basestation starts flashing 5 green lights. I tried numerous way to do a reset.

When I hold the pinhole reset for roughly 10 seconds the power light shows Amber. No other lights turn on. When I release then the 5 flashing green lights flash over and over. I removed the device from my app and when I try and add new device it never recognizes my basestation and continually fails. What could be making it just flash 5 green lights but never seem to connect to the internet.? My router works.

Here is the article on how to perform the factory reset. I believe you have done everything correctly, but the article says that the base unit will be removed from your account and must be setup again like setting up a new system.

Here is the Quick setup guide for your system.

Having all the base LEDs flashing all the time indicates a hardware problem. Open a case with support here to use your 1 year warranty.

Last time I looked the Arlo base station only had 3 lights. What 5 lights are you talking about? Your Router?

The original base has 5 LEDs although only 3 are useful.
