I changed homes and brought Argo with me. Hooked up to internet fine. iPhone connected to new home internet. Synced cameras fine but they are not recording. All lights are green on router. Help!

Is your schedule set? Try using no schedule and just use all motion on.

I have only sync two of the three cameras. I always assumed that the camera facing the outside was recording since I had imagining only what I was seeing wasn't close enoug to record. I hooked up the second camera for indoors and it's view and recording is fine. I tried to get the camera thats facing outdoors to record and I get nothing. I walked right up on it and still nothing. Have not mounted it am waiting, for it to record. Why is it not recording?

Sounds like it's shooting through a window which will (almost) never work.  The glass will block/reflect the needed IR for motion detection.

That is not true... I have two of my cameras aimed through windows with absolutely no problem.

Ok, then, it's not guranteed to work.  Perhaps the way you have it mounted (straight on?) provides a window (ha!) of opportunity...

They will operate and stream live view/record through glass, but as a whole it doesn't provide enough IR for the sensor to operate properly to record via motion.

The PIR operates with IR and / or the reflection of IR and glass does block/reflect this most of the time.
