Cameras suddenly stopped sending alerts on the app

Stopped getting Email alerts, deleated app for arlo and email from phone and reinstalled both .Still same problem,wife is getting alerts no problem .Im able to login no problems. whats up

Check your rules. Maybe delete the existing entry for your email address and type it back in. Also, try a second email address. It could be your email provider is somehow blocking these emails - it's happened before.
