Cameras online but not detecting motion

My system is online but only one of four cameras is detecting motion. If I go to live view I can see what's happening but if I'm not watching live there is no engagement of the camera or notification that movement has been detected. Any ideas?

Power cycle the base. If no help, open and close battery doors. It might be useful to remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync if nothing else works.
