Cameras not working

I have two base stations and two cameras. The cameras saying that they are offline/ no internet connection. I tried to sync one of the camera and there is no lights on the camera. Nothing happens. The batteries are new. I took out the batteries and reinstalled them and the blue light came on, but I can't sync it with the base. I am thinking that the cameras went bad.

What happends when you press the sync button on the camera?  SHould see a slow blue blink followed by either a rapid blue (synced) or amber (failed). Also, when pressing the sync button on the base be sure to only briefly press it - don't hold.

You may need to remove the cameras from Settings, My Devices and then resync.
