Cameras not working after update

ARlo says my cameras are end of life they worked great there is nothing wrong with them ,, Don,t update the app , if i wanted a camera that died because i broke it ,that is one thing i bought new batteries and they decided i needed to update the app then they dont work because of end of life :EOL: ? wtf , the cfo made 10 million dollars  last year at arlo he can go out and buy new cams when he wants to but the normal joe blow cant , when his wife says im done  is he going to end her life ? and go buy another one ?   this is arlo greed  , dont buy arlo camers , i have paper weights now ,,   When they decide to eol , i go buy the new ones then they pull the plug then we have to go buy more ?Bad way to do business ? when your car stops you fix it , not arlo , now they ripe you off with a monthly charge so you buy new cameras thats BS , maybe a class Action Law Suit Might Wake them UP

All cameras should still be functioning how they are supposed to after the update. Can you please provide more information regarding what you are seeing and what device you are seeing it on. I would be more than happy to help you.
