Cameras not recording

Hi. I have two arlo systems and neither one has recorded anything for two days. I have not changed any settings! The cameras seem to be coming on but when I look for recordings I have nothing. Is anyone else having this problem? TKS

Verify that the cameras are really coming on when supposed to...

 

Set the cameras on as normal and when you think they are on go to the live view screen. Make sure you see GREEN " running man" above each camera that is supposed to be on. If the running man is GRAY, your mode is set incorrectly ( could also be schedule ).

 

If you find them Green as should be let us know and someone will advise as to the next step to check/do.
