Many customers who purchased Arlo cameras and subscriptions are seeing cameras not recording, this is a violation of a contract which we have to sign and agree to, Arlo needs to also abide by it. I have 6 cameras, only two record, total waste of money. FIX THE PROBLEM.

I just had to reset my base station. Finally got ancamera to work but also not recording video. Unacceptable.

Try testing to see if you're receiving any recordings by setting your mode to the default "Armed" mode. If you're not receiving recordings even when the default "Armed" mode, contact the Support Team to further investigate this issue. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.
