Set highest sensitivity and recording time and still not detecting motion

Are the motion indicators (3 bars and a dot for the app or running men for the web) for each camera in the Devices tab gray or black? Gray means disarmed - make sure the proper mode is selected. Use the web to verify since the apps can have issues with corrct display/setting.
