The batteries on my cameras have gone flat.  I have replaced them and appear to have gone through the sync process correctly, with appropriate LEDs on the base station and the camera.  However the camera appears to still be dead.  I notice the base station is currently off-line.  An internet connection is shown on base station.

Sounds like somehow the dead batteries and the base have a glitch... you must get the base online first.

First I would just reboot the Base via the power button ( remember the left three LEDs must be green for all to work ; Power-Internet-Camera connected )

If NG,but the first TWO leds are on, then take one camera , remove batteries then replace and attempt another sync ( quick push , don't hold the base sync button )

If still NG, but the first TWO leds are on , go to SETTINGS for that camera and REMOVE DEVICE under the one camera... Bring that camera back just like it was new ( add device and sync )

let us know how you make out...

Hi

I removed the cameras and base station from my accound and did a factory re-set of the base station.  The base station was added back to my account.  I was then able to re-syn the cameras successfully.

Thanks for you advice.
