Cameras don’t sync

Just bought three cameras to add to my system to make a total of 5.
I cannot get any of the new three cameras to sync. I’ve tried with my two others and I can remove them, they sync up straight away.
Anyone help?

The same thing is happening to me. Yesterday my base and camaras worked for a few minutes then the base failed (internet and camara amber lights). After hours with tech they told me the issue was on their end and they were working on a fix for many people. This morning internet light is green and camara light is amber and will not sync. My patience is running low.... and this may be a quick fix by way of a return to the store!

I have the same problems. My camra wont sync. I replaced batteries and still camra wont sync. Is this another problem that Netgear have from at their end and not sharing with us!

Is your Internet LED on the base green?  Try power cycling the base. If that doesn't help, remove all devices in Settings, My Devices and start fresh. Use the ADD Device button in the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras.

I removed and re-added the base and camars and both are working great! Thank you so much for your help!!!
