Cameras are not showing up on on Arlo app

I installed and sync the 3 cameras and base, and connected to network. The problem is I cannot see anything in the app. It shows 0 connected, there is a phrase above when you open the basic subscription saying...."Move camera here", but there is no way you can drag the camera on that area. Please help...Thanks in advance

You did claim the base before syncing the cameras, right?

 

Try logging out and back in. Restart the base.
