Cameras Offline in Arlo App, but not Samsung App

My cameras show offline in the Arlo app, however in my Samsung Connect app I can see live feed (I can see bugs flying by, so I know it's live). Is something wrong with the Arlo app or is the Samsung Connect app interfering with the Arlo app?

Consider reinstalling the Arlo mobile app, do you still see the same behavior?
